RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Therefore, we offer the following:

SECTION 1: RETURN OF GOODS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the item within 90 days from the date of purchase.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received in order to qualify for a return.

SECTION 2: REFUND

Once we have received and processed your returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

The refund includes the price of the item, but not the shipping costs.

SECTION 3: DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If the item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost.

SECTION 4: RETURNING ITEMS

You must contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization and further instructions before sending the item back.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the item is damaged or defective.

SECTION 5: WARRANTY CLAIMS

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply. This means you have a 2-year warranty.

If your claim is justified, you may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

You must make your claim within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. If you make your claim within two months of discovering the defect, the claim will always be considered timely.

If the claim is justified, we will reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in secure packaging. Remember to obtain a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.
