Prices
At Soï, all prices are in Danish Kroner and indicated including VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent.
Payment
Soï accepts payment with Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, and more.
Reservation of Amount
If you pay with an international credit card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) We withdraw the amount when we send the item, or
2) the money is released according to an agreement with your card issuer.
You can read more about the rules for your specific card with your card issuer.
We do not charge card fees.
The amount is only deducted from your card when the item is shipped.
Price Errors
If a price is obviously incorrect, and you should reasonably have noticed this, we are not obliged to deliver the product at the wrong price.
Reservations
In case of delays, backorders, or sold-out items, we strive to inform you as soon as possible and discuss potential solutions – e.g., refunding the money or assisting you in finding a similar item elsewhere.
Shipping
We aim to process and ship orders within 3 working days from the date the order is placed and payment is confirmed.
The expected delivery time depends on your location and the chosen shipping method. Detailed information on delivery times can be found on our website under "Delivery Options."
There is free delivery for pickup in Christianshavn.
Return of Items
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase.
The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when received to qualify for a return.
Refund
Once we have received and processed your returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
The refund includes the price of the item but not shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If the item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return or replacement at no extra cost.
Return of Items:
You must contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization and further instructions before sending back the item.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning items unless the item is damaged or defective.
Warranty:
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Sale of Goods Act apply. This means that you have a warranty for 24 months.
If your claim is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, replaced, get your money back, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the error. If you complain within two months after discovering the error, the complaint will always be timely.
If the claim is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also, remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can reimburse your shipping costs.
