Terms of service

PAYMENT

Soï accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Apple Pay.

Payment will only be deducted from your account once the physical item is shipped or the virtual product has been created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

RESERVATION OF FUNDS

When using a payment card, whether debit or credit, the amount of the purchase is reserved. This amount remains reserved until the webshop has processed and shipped your order. Once the order has been shipped, the funds are debited from your account. The reservation period depends on the product/service.

AUTHORIZATION OF FUNDS

With a debit card, you will be able to see that the funds are reserved on your account and that your available balance will appear lower. If you or the webshop subsequently cancel your order, the webshop cannot charge the funds, but the reservation will still apply for a period of time. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) can lift the reservation.

AUTHORIZATION ON CREDIT CARDS

The funds will only be charged to your account and appear in your overview once the webshop processes and charges payment for your order.

All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:
Denmark - Danish Kroner (DKK)

Sweden - Swedish Kronor (SEK)

Norway - Norwegian Kroner (NOK)

Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain - Euro (EUR)

COMPLAINT OPTIONS

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus (the Danish Agency for the Boards of Appeal), the Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, via the complaints portal for Nævnenes Hus. The Mediation Team will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if a resolution cannot be reached, you can bring the complaint before the Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet).

As a general rule, a condition for filing a complaint is that the product or service you wish to complain about cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must generally be at least DKK 720. These amount limits may change. You must pay a fee to have your complaint processed.

The European Commission's online complaint portal can also be used to submit a complaint. This is especially relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here:
