Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days. This does not apply to earrings (for strict hygiene reasons), gift cards, or gift wrapping.

All returns can be quickly submitted via our portal here: Soï Returns Portal and must be returned unused and in their original packaging. We process returns within 7 business days of receiving them at our warehouse, and any refunds will be issued to your account within 6 business days from that time. If you choose to return only part of an order that included free item(s) as part of a promotional offer, the value of the free item(s) or the discount will be deducted proportionally from the refund amount or may be charged separately.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot refund customs duties, taxes, or shipping costs.

We cannot accept returns for items purchased at any of our pop-up events or sample sales.

Our return policy applies in addition to your statutory rights.

To return your order, please click here, where you can enter your details and arrange your return shipping. Once completed, you will receive an email with your shipping label or QR code, along with instructions on where to send your return.

Soï does not cover return shipping costs for refunds or exchanges. All shipping costs are calculated and paid at the final step of our returns portal before you receive your shipping label or QR code.
