Returnering

We offer the opportunity to return our products from soicopenhagen.com. You have 30 days from the day of receipt to return any intact items and receive a refund. In the event that you return your item, we will refund the amount in question. Please note, currently we do not offer exchanges, unless the goods are faulty, or wrong items are delivered. If you need a different product or a different variant, you can instead place a new order in our webshop.

Products purchased through a Soï retailer must be refunded or exchanged at the retailer in question.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, or the right of return has expired, please contact info@soicopenhagen.com

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product
• If the warranty period has expired

• Your return label options will be displayed during the return submission process.
• If the items being returned were purchased as part of a multi-purchase or promotional offer, these additional items must also be returned. If the items are not returned, the value of the items will be deducted from the credit.

If you do not pick up your package or refuse receipt, an automatic refund will be made for your purchase, excluding any shipping charges.
