You can return your order from soicopenhagen.com. We offer a 90-day right of return on intact products from the day you receive your order. If you return an item, we will refund the corresponding amount. Please note that unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange unless the item received is defective, or you received the wrong item. If you need a different product or variant, please place a new order in our webshop instead.

Products purchased through a Soï retailer must be refunded or exchanged with that retailer.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, or the return period has expired, please contact info@soicopenhagen.com

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product
• If the warranty period has expired

• Your return label options will be shown when you submit a return.
• If the items being returned were purchased as part of a multi-buy or promotional offer, those additional items must also be returned. If they are not returned, their value will be deducted from the credit.

We process your request as soon as we receive your package, and you'll receive an email shortly after. Please allow up to 14 days for a refund once we've processed your return.

• The shipping fee is refunded when a complete order is returned.
• If your order was sent with non-standard delivery, the shipping fee will not be refunded unless the item is defective or the wrong item was delivered.
• We reserve the right to deduct depreciation from the return amount if the product is not in its original condition.

If you do not pick up your package or refuse delivery, your purchase will be automatically refunded, excluding any shipping payment.
