Delivery via Pickup Point (1-2 working days) – 39 DKK or free on orders above 500 DKK

Rest of Europe
Standard Home Delivery (4-7 working days) – €4.95 or free on orders above €70
Delivery via Pickup Point (4-7 working days) – €4.95 or free on orders above €70

Sweden
Standard Delivery (4-7 working days) – 55 SEK or free on orders above 750 SEK

All orders will be shipped out the next working day.

Please note that we do not ship orders over the weekend or during national DK bank holidays.

SECTION 1: SHIPPING TIME

We aim to process and ship orders within 2 working days from the date the order was placed and payment was confirmed.

Expected delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method. 

SECTION 2: TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your shipment, including a tracking number. This allows you to follow your parcel in real time.

SECTION 3: DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete to avoid delays or delivery issues. We are not responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses as a result of incorrect information provided by the customer.

SECTION 4: DELIVERY ISSUES

If any issues arise with your delivery, please contact our customer service so we can help resolve them.

Soï ships items with:

GLS - Delivery to home and Delivery via service point

PostNord - Delivery to home and Delivery via service point

UPS - Delivery to home

Soï is responsible for the item until it has been delivered to the customer.
